The carpet was so dirty that when I walked from the shower to the bed, my feet were dirty. The bathroom heat was on high the whole time. Sink was stopped up. Fridge doesn't keep food cold. Door code didn't work. Bd soft and hurt my back.

Clean room, small but efficient.

The bed is very comfortable. We stayed in two different rooms. One at the beginning and one at the end of our trip. The first room had a broken recliner. Both rooms had very dirty linoleum floors. They looked cleaned, but they weren't. I spilled something in the first room and when I wiped it up the paper towels turned almost black. I checked in the second room to see if it would also be that dirty after my shoes were sticking a bit infront of the toilet. The paper towels also turned very dark. I would think they would mop the linoleum between guests. That made me wonder how clean the carpet is. The rooms smelled clean and everything else was nice. We wore our flip-flops to keep our feet off the floor. I'm sure floors are a challenge, but it would be nice if they atleast mopped the linoleum. We only used the fridge and microwave, but loved that there is a stove for longer stays. We will definitely stay here again and check out other locations when we travel. We've paid more for rooms that had less comfortable beds and smelled moldy. This is a great place overall.

Breakfast was disappointing, mainly just grab and go items. Room is basic but clean.

Room haven’t been really cleaned in awhile. Crumbs on the floor, soft spots, smelled of cigarette smoke. Pool didn’t work weekend We were there. Daughter did use the hot tub for a bit but her skin started burning from all the chlorine. Even after a shower you could still smell it on her. Most of the bath towels were worn. Would not stay again.

The place was clean and had *almost* everything we needed. I thought the fridge would have a small freezer for our ice packs. We wanted to be able to pack a cooler bag for the day but had no way to keep our ice packs frozen. I also would have liked some basic instructions for the washer/dryer unit. We would definitely stay here again but we would choose a unit not so close to the hwy.

Not very friendly staff in the da and I also didn't appreciate that there were no extra bags available and no basic personal care items provided. Better customer service and attention to these small details would make a big difference. Price is as too high for poor staff services.
