No staff to port your luggage, the electricity goes on & off some times.. so may be no coffee in the mornings, cant use hair dryer//straighteners. The property charges €10 per person upon check in, that’s not mentioned in hotels.com’s prices so be aware when booking. Apart from this stunning views of Caldera! If all of the above is acceptable then this is truly amazing Property to stay.

The Grand Ambassador Santorini Hotel had the best views on the island! The staff even upgraded our room at no cost due to some maintenance issues with our original room. My Wife and I received world class customer service from the staff! We will definitely be visiting Santorini, Greece again in the future! Thank You Grand Ambassador Santorini Hotel for the AMAZING hospitality!

Very helpful front desk staff gave great recommendations and helped set up transport. Thank you Forty! Property was stunning and had an amazing sunset views of the Caldera. The room was very clean. Bus stop is very close to go to Fira

Reception was very warm and welcoming. Went above and beyond in ensuring we were well taken care of. Breakfast options are restrictive and can have more variety. Great experience overall and strongly recommend for families.

The caldera is absolutely stunning. The experience of a “cave” room is so unique. Like all our hotels in Greece the front desk staff were outstanding
