Riu properties are corporate ran with zero concern for guest and will take advantage of any situation to squeeze more money from there guests. I would recommend never staying here , there are many resorts around that are much better

Had a bit of an issue getting fresh towels in our room each day but other than that everything was exellent. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. Only complaint is that the beer selection is lacking and it's not cold.
