I had requested and paid for an ocean view and we were placed in a back building kind of away from everything...7305. They were able to get us in one of the newer places on the Beach the second day through the end of our trip, which was nice.

Housekeeping did a marginal job. Left no clean towels or extra toilet paper. I had to go to the front desk because the phone in the rooms were not working. Yes you can call room to room however when you pick up the phone and hit concierge, front desk, whatever the other options are nothing happens. All you get is a busy signal, no matter what time of the day or night you try. The bar by the pool facing the ocean was supposed to be open till 1 AM. They tend to shut down at 11:30. The buffet, which is also open till 9:30 PM by 840. They are out of a lot of food. The signs are down and they do not replenish what has been Emptied. I had much higher expectations for this property than another property I visited and this certainly did not come close to meeting my expectations. The food was marginal. Two of the restaurants we were there over two hours the other two restaurants we were in and out in an hour, and the food was just OK I get it’s an all-inclusive. However I really thought you would be between a three and four star property and I would say it’s closer to a two. I am a travel agent so I’m glad I got to experience it because now I know a little more that I can share with my clients. My sister was there three times and raved about the property and this was her fourth time with us being there and she was embarrassed by all the issues and I tried not to complain since she picked the place. However she was complaining so she got my ear full as well.

Got sick from the food flies were everywhere in every area where food was being served and I overheard others getting sick as well. The staff were not helpful on other issues as well. The beach was great and Aruba is beatiful. Ive stayed at a different resort which was amazing but everyone recommended the Divi but their cleanliness standards and the rooms were very subpar.

This resort was wonderful. There were a few bumps that could be improved. The showers are outdated. The bed was uncomfortable and our rooms ac was pointed directly at the bed so we were freezing. Called for blankets that never came. The dinner reservation situation is a nightmare. We could only get reservations for two of the four nights. And one of the nights was super late like 9pm. The buffet was hard to find a table at times. It feels like the resort was built for less people than they actually allow. This resort doesn’t offer room service. There is no signage anywhere we were put in a far room and we spent the first day wandering. There’s not even signs pointing to the beach. The beach chair situation is also frustrating as most chairs are reserved for hours with people’s towels. There’s a large amount of room on the beach they could put more chairs. All three Divi resorts share the beach area as only the Divi is beach front. The service was hit or miss some people were great and others seemed annoyed to be working. Overall it was a great experience. The beach was beautiful we loved the pizza and hot dogs on the beach and how easy it was to get around. There are many scooters in front of the resort and that’s how we got around mostly. The resort feels very safe and there were many large families staying here. A lot of people were snorkeling on the beach and saw stingrays and crabs it’s a great beach for snorkeling. It’s a wonderful location and Aruba is beautiful!

Our visit went well. We enjoyed the ocean view. Staff was great. Shirley the concierge was nice and helpful. We didn't really care for the timeshare event, took up to much time we could of been doing other things. Personally i think you should hv a gift shop on property instead of having to travel to the other property. Overall we gave it a 7 out of 10. We would visit again.

What a wonderful resort. My kids (under 12) loved all the pools, games, beachfront and restaurants. Easy access to sister resorts adding even more options! The staff and service was all top notch and great recommendations for day excursions by the concierge. We will be back!
