It was amazing I definitely enjoyed my stay and whenever I go back to Aruba I will be staying there again

We stayed at the RIU Antillas in July 2026 in a Jr Suite Ocean View room. The hotel is a bit outdated (apparently was a Westin years ago), and some renovations may definitely make a difference. The room was not super clean, compared to other all inclusive resorts we have stayed improvement are definitely possible, especially in the bathroom. The beach is very nice, you are on Palm Beach in Aruba. If you want to get a Palapa to have shade during the day, you need to get there early in the morning, which was not a problem for us as we travel to these places to enjoy the ocean and the sea, but for others may be a challenge. Lounges are more than enough for all guests, palapas are not. From a food and drinks point of view: breakfast buffet was ok, buffet lunch and dinner definitely to avoid. Kristal is excellent, the Italian restaurant was discrete (we are italian, so...), the Steakouse and the Arubian ones are very good too. Eating at the Steakhouse was a challenge though: you do not need to book as it is first come approach, but in that one it was a bit weird. Drinks are so, so... the bar in the main lobby is pretty sad I have to say... The staff is amazing, very friendly and very on their game. I have food allergies and they made all possible to make sure I was safe. There were some work ongoing and in the morning and the noise was a bit annoying (not sure if it was in the hotel though), but nothing major. Overall a good stay, some improvements are definitely needed.

Everything was very nice and staff was very attentive. Only thing missing was entertainment. Going to other Divi resorts was okay but you have to upgrade to Mega if you want anything to drink or eat.

The staff was rude and they didn’t have the rooms we had requested to accommodate us. And they didn't try to work with j us and come up with a solution…. The check in process was super long. I would not stay at this resort again.

This was my second of what I hope to be many stays at the Divi Phoenix. The Divi Phoenix is located at the end of the Aruba high rise hotel area on Palm Beach. It’s a little less than a mile from all the restaurants which is a flat walk down the boardwalk along Palm Beach. The location is far away enough from all of the activity but a close walk to it. The beach and pools are always clean and well kept. Julio was always at the beach promptly at 7am to put out my chairs. The rooms are also clean and well maintained. The staff is polite and helpful. There are 2 washers and dryers on site which is great for keeping up with wet, sandy laundry. The restaurant is a good option if you’re not up for walking or taking a taxi to the nearby restaurants and the bar tenders are always pleasant. I have all good things to say about the Divi Phoenix!

My wife and I are staying the hotel for celebrate her birthday, the hotel prepared the room with little surprise and all the staff we met are friendly and helpful. We like the food and amenities of the hotel and we especially enjoy the sound bath healing provided by the hotel, it is relaxing and helpful. We love the activity and attend two morning while we are staying, we highly recommend to people who wants to relax or just want to experience what is sound bath.
