The staff friendly. The room we stayed in was very small and weird. No closet just hooks on the wall. Room service never came to clean our room. And the check in desk is on the 13th floor. Honestly would not stay there again.

Staff was amazing, hotel was very clean and we were able to walk to multiple different places. Hotel is directly across from the Spectrum Center which is one of the places we walked to.

Good value for the stay. Small things like having a hard time understanding the TV and having 2 shampoos and no body wash in the shower but while it looks like a dated property, we will stay there again.
