North Lakes Hotel And Spa
Great location, just a short walk into town. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was very clean and had a lovely ensuite. Only downside was a loose toilet seat and extremely small pillows. Nevertheless we would use this hotel again.

Carlisle Station Hotel, Sure Hotel Collection by BW
Staff were overall unhappy looking, and certainly not welcoming. I'm also disappointed that there was no food offer available. The bar no longer serves food and the restaurant appeared closed. On the plus side, the wifi is fast and reliable.

Property is dated, but is having some renovation work done. Still Quite a few shabby areas. We picked this hotel for it's advertised amenities, but found the Tennis and golf putting green not available, plus no secure bike lockup, had to leave locked to car.
