All the staff, especially those in the bar/restaurant area were excellent. They were very accommodating, warm and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Food was very good and reasonably priced. Room was lovely, although you do need some level of navigational expertise to find your room and your way around the hotel!

Perfect place to stay. The hotel is great, staff very friendly and accommodating, breakfast was brilliant. The spa is a very nice added bonus. Pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi - just what you need after a long hike! Also has EV charging - £30 flat rate. I would 100% stay here again.

Clean room, helpful staff and a nice breakfast selection. Slightly understaffed at times, but Liam saved the day. A nice guest lounge but not large enough for the guests wishing to enjoy an after dinner drink, chat or the garden view. And the bar is poorly positioned next to the kitchen and the far end of the dining/breakfast room.

The breakfast menu was really good , The staff were all amazing apart from one in the last couple of mornings at breakfast. Plenty of lovely sitting areas throughout the hotel The room we had was lovely and comfortable, due to the revamping of the hotel its not as clean at it could be. But we had an amazing four days We will be going back.
