Stayed for one night. The location is good and in walking distance of the board walk but other than the location my stay itself was not the best. The rooms are very close together and you can hear everything that is going on in the room next to you. I didn’t fall asleep until almost 1pm because the people in the room next to me were arguing. For the price they charge per night I would say it is not worth it and your money is better spent elsewhere

The Sofia is in a great location-We walked to Seaport Village and other stores in the area. The coffee machine is great and the coffee DELICIOUS! Staff were welcoming and helpful in answering all our questions. The young valet attendant was also helpful in assuring we had a place to park. We will be back!

All was good with my stay

Smell is bad. Towels are dirty.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. My room was a little warm so I asked to be moved. I was told that the AC actually turns off after no motion or activity in the room. Not sure how true that is. But it was unusually humid and sticky in the room. I did not get a good nights rest for the three nights I was there. The property itself is a little outdated, but that I’m sure leads to the charm. I do feel like pictures online should reflect the true character of the hotel. I don’t believe there was enough picture. Had I seen more, I probably would not have chosen this hotel. Smelled a little old as well. I’m sure someone else would love it, but it was not for me.
