Fourth time staying at the Claremont, every time is better than the next which is hard to do. I wish I could have a "Claremont" in every place I vacation!!!

The rooms were nasty couldn’t sleep all night. Bed sheets were stained. Very ghetto environment.

Staying here feels more like being in an Airbnb than a hotel. Staff is only around during limited hours and they give you a code to open a lockbox if you check-in after those times. The A/C in my room did not work at keeping the room cool at all, and I was only able to open one window in my room to let in fresh air. The TV didn't work at all. This is a beautiful building, I wish they could do more to restore it.

I would definitely stay here again. They were very helpful and attentive but not in the way. It's a very quiet place just off the main road that runs through town. I loved sitting on the porch in the mornings and drinking my coffee. Close to everything we wanted to see in the valley.

Room was clean and tidy. A/C with controls were old and difficult to operate. Ceiling Fan could not be adjusted for lower settings due to no speed control on wall. ceiling fan was left on high constantly. Outdated but clean bathroom. Parking very narrow for two cars to park next to each other.
