Good vibes, very clean, good stuff

The apartment was great, very spacious with a great view of the city. The staff was very help and courteous, they provided helpful information about navigating the area and gave great recommendations in the area. The hotel is very close to la Provencia where there are many nearby shops and restaurants. We had a wonderful experience.

Not worth the price at all. Refused to work with me on rebooking 3 nights to a later date after telling me they would accommodate. Basically took $1500 from me. Never going back to this place again and don't recommend. Better options in Medellin.

The host at the property was staying here as well we put our belongs in the safe and everyday there was 100-150 short so we set a trap for him and left 2k.and the next day there was 50 short,we know contacted the police and we would like some compensation for what has happened.even one time we left a glass half of water and we came back it was full of water

Fabulous hotel and amazing staff. Breakfast was amazing n credible and the host was so kind and helpful each day. A special huge thanks you to Beatriz in the restaurant who made each time there (and room service) so special! Will definitely stay here when we return!
