"Honeymoon Hotel"
My husband and I booked this hotel for our honeymoon. We really enjoyed our stay. It is VERY steep so people should be aware of this, however they have a minibus to take you to your room should you need it. The only downfall of this hotel is the restaurant - Sugar Club. They encourage you to book, however they are never more than 30% full, as well as the long wait to be seated when they know you are waiting. It is a table service all inclusive which I had never encountered before. The food is good, however you will never get the same dish twice! Presentation and size is very varied. The menu at dinner is very limited and didn't change often enough for my taste. The lunch menu is better. Overall we had a lovely honeymoon here!!

"Perfect Getaway "
Everything was great. From Shenice at the front desk, to the menu, to the beautiful scenic views, to the super accommodating staff (especially Sandy) our trip was phenomenal. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Antigua than Keyonna. Absolutely love it!

"Excellent hotel could not fault it."
My wife and I recently stayed here on our honeymoon. The hotel is fantastic, the staff go above and beyond to ensure that you have a very relaxing stay. The views from our room we incredible, and the room was one of the most comfortable I have ever stayed in. The food was excellent, you can have whatever you like, the chefs were great. I am not sure there is much more that you could do to achieve 5* rating.

Had free upgrade and were very comfortable here.would have liked an easy chair for more comfort but very happy overall. The steep access to top floors was very difficult. Not for someone who is not fit!!! Also as we were off season lots of places closed.

"A wonderfully Relaxing Stay!"
Our trip was a short one combining business and pleasure - wished we'd had more time to enjoy The Galley Bay Hotel - we weren't sure what to expect but were amazed at the five star touches to what is billed as a four star resort. Food was incredible (which is so rare these days, particularly at an all inclusive), premium spirits also included. Location can't be beaten and the staff were very good and not intrusive - in particular it was nice to see the younger wait staff members taking such pride in their jobs - again a rarity these days. We were very impressed and will definitely return, whether on business or hopefully next visit for more pleasure time to enjoy the Resort more fully! A true gem.

"Chilled out holiday to St James Hotel & Villas "
Lovely and relaxing hotel right on the beach (2 to choose from). However the hotel can do with some updating, the room we stayed in was quite old fashioned and didn't have enough storage space. Staff were at most very friendly (with the odd one or two that were a bit unfriendly). Service in the Rainbow restaurant was very slow and we ended up most times finishing our lunch before any drinks arrived! The food in all of the restaurants was lovely and the Docksider restaurant was our favourite although they could do with making that reservations only. One night we turned up at the same time as about 20 other people all wanting to get a table. The food at the grill on Mamora beach was lovely too (especially the fresh chicken burger). The water sports were great as was guest services who were very helpful. The staff all work very hard especially the guys on Cocoa beach constantly trying to keep the awful seaweed at bay! We loved the guys on the beach in the cart who came by and gave us drinks, made my relaxing afternoons even more relaxing! There is not much entertainment in the evenings for families and no bar for us to sit at as the only one open after 9pm is for adults only. They should think about having an outside bar for families with quiz nights and bingo etc. We really did have an enjoyable and relaxing holiday, the things we have mentioned will only make the hotel even better than it already is and we can't wait to go back!

Carlisle Bay is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Carlisle Bay, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Carlisle Bay hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
