Literally paradise. Everything was amazing. The food was fresh and delicious. The staff was so nice. The beach was beautiful and the pools were clean. There's literally nothing that I didn't like. If I had to find one bad thing to say, the makeup mirror in the bathroom must have been installed by a 6-ft man because I don't know what woman can use a makeup mirror that high. Besides for that tiny little detail there was absolutely nothing I would change about this vacation. It was quiet and nightlife (usually mellow live music on the deck) ended by 10:00 p.m. maximum, so if you're looking for a heavy duty party you'd have to go off the grounds.

Cocobay Resort was a wonderful experience for our anniversary trip. The views are absolutely breathtaking! The service and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The pools were beautiful and often very few people in them at the same time as us. The resort does have structured meal times and a limited menu so some days were easier to find things to fit our tastes than others. Travelers beware of the animals on location - it’s not uncommon to see a mongoose, cat, spiders, lizards, and of course mosquitos. The resort fogs for bugs but they are still prevalent. You’re also in a rainforest so expect the unexpected. Overall, the resort and amenities were great!

Went for our honeymoon and it was the perfect escape. Beautiful, private and really quiet. If there’s one thing we would change is the method of meals: breakfast lunch and dinner are all sit down with a limited menu. We are both picky eaters which is our own fault, but wish there were more options for food!

The property is beautiful. The plants and flowers are incredible. The beaches and the color of the water are indescribable. The staff from the front desk to the housekeepers are friendly and always saying goodmorning and smiling. We were here for our honeymoon and loved this place. We will be back God willing.

It is a stunning resort. Definitely more of a relaxing quiet vacation. The hotel does not provide entertainment. Everything is shut down by 10pm. They are also very strict with meal times. If you miss it there’s not much in between. The staff was amazing and food was delicious, if You’re a picky eater I would not recommend as the menu is al la carte and there aren’t very many options. If you’re looking for beautiful quiet scenery, this is the place for you

Clean comfortable cottages, Wonderful helpful staff who are ready to accommodate each guest. Kemlin does an excellent job as concierge of tailoring experiences to meet each person’s interest. Persons with dietary restrictions are catered for and servers let you know of your options when the menu is presented. The nearby beaches are spectacular with wonderful vistas from each room. Leaving this property is an option because it offers everything you need to have a relaxing couple’s vacation from massages to evening entertainment. This is our second visit and we will be back.

We just returned home from our 6 day stay at Coco Bay. The food was REALLY good however there are not a lot of options. There is only one restaurant on the property for the all inclusive meals and the meals are pre-selective so there is no variety, but i will say that everything we had was delicious. The rooms are a bit outdated for my taste. They are more so little cabins and our room was filled with ants.. so many ants were in our room, especially in the bathroom. I did not like that at all. When i booked this resort I was expecting a more luxurious room to be honest. The pools are really nice and the beach is nice as well. There are no private beaches but the locals are so nice and pleasant. The entire staff!! all very friendly and made sure we were taken care of. No complaints there! Every staff member greeted us with a smile on their face. I am not sure if i would return to coco bay but I did my birthday trip.

My husband was diagnosed with a kidney stone 2 days before we left for this trip. He found out he was not prescribed enough pain meds to last the entire week until we already landed. We woke up the next morning, the pain was intense and were ready to go home on day 1. Before submitting to the idea, I asked the concierge at the front desk if we had any other options. She was able to get us in contact with a local kind & caring doctor and he prescribed medication for my husband. They saved our trip, and I will be forever thankful for them! The food options were amazing, it was my first time at an all-inclusive without a buffet but the food was so good that I would not hesitate to have any of it again. The bars are located close by to the pools for convenience (also had great drinks). Staff and service were both great, no issues with our room. Loved the private pool and the view! Cocobay, from the bottom of our hearts thank you so much for a memorable and pleasurable experience for my husband and I.

A wonderful place to relax and reconnect with your partner. The staff is warm and welcoming, the rooms are clean, and the food is delicious. If you’re looking for a peaceful, slow-paced getaway, this is the perfect spot. But if you’re after a party atmosphere, this might not be the place for you.
