This property is ok for the price, its just a few things they can improve on. (1) NO BOTTLE WATER IN THE ROOMS,, (2) VERY LIMITED ON THE ALL INCLUSIVE, (3) WIFI IS SUPER SLOW, (4) ROOMS NEED UPDATING,, (5) PROPERTY ITSELF NEEDS SOME TLC, ..but the beach is amazing, night bar is alot of fun,, not bad for the price.. recent travel ✨️

Jolly Beach itself was absolutely stunning. The beach and views were the highlight of the entire trip; I’d return just for that alone. The resort itself is definitely on the older side. The room was very basic, with furniture made from concrete, and while the bathroom was functional, there was nothing luxurious about it but was very clean! There was no fridge or microwave in the room, and guests are discouraged from bringing food back to their rooms. That said, the staff; especially in the dining areas; were very warm and accommodating. What really stood out was how clean everything was. Despite the dated feel, the grounds were exceptionally well maintained. The pool is lovely with a swim up bar. The bar closes at 4:30pm though (even though it says 5pm). If you're going for the beach and a relaxing, no-frills experience, this is a great spot. Just set your expectations for the rooms accordingly.

We stayed in a room on the beach level, and it was great— beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. The pool area was lovely, and the gardens were well maintained and stunning. Overall, it was a great experience. The only downside was the buffet food. Unfortunately, we found it inedible and had to stick to fresh fruits and meat cooked on the BBQ for dinner. Even the salad wasn’t appealing. That was really the only issue during our stay.

Property is run down bathroom is very small and nasty. There is no fridge in the room no water to drink. We had get glasses of water to take to the room. Rooms are not cleaned until you leave. Staff is very rude. This resort is very expensive and not worth it. The air conditioning was leaking in the room and not forgetting the blackout. Also did not have a lot of people on the resort. I will not recommend this resort to anyone. It’s disgusting.

I reserved for July 11 to July 14, 2025, as a special babymoon trip with my pregnant wife. Unfortunately, we were forced to check out on the morning of July 12, less than 24 hours after arriving, due to the deplorable and unsanitary conditions at the resort, which pose serious health and safety concerns. The property is falsely advertised as "newly renovated," but nothing could be further from the truth. The entire facility is outdated, filthy, and in complete disrepair. The room we were given was extremely dirty. The shower had visible mold, the lamp shade had what appeared to be blood stains, and the bed was too small for two people to sleep comfortably. The towels smelled foul and unwashed, and there was only a single bed sheet provided for cover. All common areas were run-down and unhygienic. The coffee shop advertised was non-existent with only a single coffee machine with no options. None of the restaurants were open. The buffet was infested with bugs, and food appeared to be reheated leftovers from previous days, including burgers being recycled and served again. Plates and cups were visibly dirty. Unfortunately, the staff was rude, unhelpful, and completely lacking in hospitality. I had to shower with sandals on due to the stained and unsanitary shower floor. This was supposed to be a relaxing and memorable trip, especially important due to my wife's pregnancy, but instead it became a major source of stress and concern for her well-being.

I loved that it wasn’t crowded and the politeness of the staff. There was a water leak on the first floor by the stairs the day we arrived and it was still leaking 8 days later when we left. My wife and I paid for a all inclusive package but when we arrived there was no refrigerator in the room and we were told we have to pay $10 US a day for housekeeping to clean the room. There was also dirt streaks in the toilet bowl coming from the tank on day 3 which was reported to the front desk. We were told someone would come to fix it but no one showed up, it was still there when we left on day 8. The resort is beautiful but more needs to be invested in its upkeep.
