Well, the agent at the front desk was wonderful. I didn't have any soap in my bathroom. I got in the shower and had to get out, get dressed and go ask for some. He brought it right away. Then, I didn't have a hair dryer, so I went back to the office and he brought one to me! It wasn't anything catastrophic, but kind of a pain....Otherwise, the rooms were clean and everything was fine.

Staff could not have been more frienfly and helpful, walked out bag to the bearvr parking that they reserved for us and offered to bring us anything we needed at any time.

Traveled with family. This was great location - close to Capitole building, cathedral, lots of restaurants and more. Room was clean. Friendly staff. Overall, we had a great time!

Lovely, relaxing, staff very hospitable. Pool was lovely, food very drinks. Drinks were strong. 100% recommend

The staffs were not present most of time in the reception so that we had to wait. The room was not cleaned every day basis through our my week long stay. I even ran out toilet tissue but they forgot to refill. Only part that I liked was the breakfast. The croissant was so good at least they bake in the morning fresh

Does not have air conditioning- more like air cooling if that. It was virtually non existent. You get a code to access your room and hotel gate as the staff go home and lock up so if there are any issues you have no one to speak to for help
