The rooms were clean, the staff provided exceptional service, and the atmosphere was warm and cozy. My only suggestion would be to offer more dining options at the restaurant.

It was a fine stay, I’m sure for the price point you can find a much better experience. Our room had several issues, but it was written off as a normal problem often experienced so wasn’t taken seriously. The food actually is pretty inedible. Many guests encouraged us if we chose to come back to completely ditch the all inclusive package and find much better dining options at other resorts. I understand many Americans come to these places but it is undeniable that this entire experience is catered to a white palate. I’m unsure if I’d stay here again, and I think that’s indicative enough of the experience that I wasn’t wow’d especially when we paid for what we thought was the most luxury option. Do your research, maybe you’ll find a better suited place.

Pool was cold, furniture dated and food quality for room service is poor

By far one of the best vacations I’ve ever had. The staff was amazing and incredibly attentive. The food and service was perfect and I cannot recommend the spa treatments enough. Will definitely be going back very soon.

You get a beautiful view from almost all locations. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. I didn't eat at all of the restaurants but the pizza at Il Forno was good. As were the drinks! I would have liked to see a few Mexican options on the menu, but, I could have ventured around the property to a different restaurant if it was really an issue. It was low season, but they seemed fully staffed and everything was open. The only comment I have is that I waited over an hour for help with my luggage on check out, despite making several calls. I had given myself plenty of time for the airport, but that could have been an issue for someone on a tighter schedule.
