I enjoyed my stay

Property was beautiful, the food was AMAZING, and every staff member was so nice! The golf cart drivers were fun and made the experience more enjoyable. Only negative thing we experienced was that the mattresses were hard and very uncomfortable.

You get a beautiful view from almost all locations. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. I didn't eat at all of the restaurants but the pizza at Il Forno was good. As were the drinks! I would have liked to see a few Mexican options on the menu, but, I could have ventured around the property to a different restaurant if it was really an issue. It was low season, but they seemed fully staffed and everything was open. The only comment I have is that I waited over an hour for help with my luggage on check out, despite making several calls. I had given myself plenty of time for the airport, but that could have been an issue for someone on a tighter schedule.

The staff was the least friendly/helpful of any resort I’ve stayed in so far. Numerous issues with the staff not making good on promised services. Constant misinformation and issues. The food was mediocre at best. Multiple restaurants all sharing the same low quality ingredients without much creativity. No options for top shelf liquor of any kind. Drinks were poorly made with cheap mixers and cheap alcohol. We have stayed in a lot of places, but this is the first one that we will never visit again.
