Cabo San Lucas Vacation Packages

This was our fourth time staying here, and the property could definitely use some refurbishing. The staff was kind and helpful. We appreciated the concierge service included with our booking on Expedia. They were very helpful since no one ever answered when we called the front desk from the room. Every request had to be done in person at the front desk or via WhatsApp with the concierge staff. The property really needs some upgrades and proper cleaning. We tried dinner at the Ayami restaurant and had to leave because water or oil was dripping from the teppanyaki table onto our feet. Honestly, the staff didn't seem to really care, as they just handed us paper towels to clean it up instead of taking care of it and offering us another place to sit. All of our other interactions with the staff were positive. The food is just ok but that is expected for the price you pay. The location is excellent as it's within walking distance of the surf spot, zippers. During our 4-night stay, our TV remote stopped working at least 10 times, but we reprogrammed it each time. However, on our second-to-last night, the TV just stopped working, so they had to bring us another one. Also, on our second night, the AC stopped cooling efficiently. They said there was something wrong with the roof unit that controlled the entire building. It was cool, but never got as cold as you like to sleep. I don't think we will be staying here again.

You get a beautiful view from almost all locations. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. I didn't eat at all of the restaurants but the pizza at Il Forno was good. As were the drinks! I would have liked to see a few Mexican options on the menu, but, I could have ventured around the property to a different restaurant if it was really an issue. It was low season, but they seemed fully staffed and everything was open. The only comment I have is that I waited over an hour for help with my luggage on check out, despite making several calls. I had given myself plenty of time for the airport, but that could have been an issue for someone on a tighter schedule.

This resort is amazing that celebrates the beauty of Mexico. The hospitality is 5 stars and an amazing ocean views from every restaurant. I
