The photos on the website are misleading — the rooms are much smaller than they appear, and there’s barely any space to store luggage. The location, however, is excellent. There are plenty of shops nearby, and the train station is only a block away. Housekeeping serviced the room daily, which was appreciated

It's a great hotel right inside the center London. I will come back again in future if I do things around center London.

The rooms were clean, staff were helpful. Overall great experience except the long walk to and from the room to the reception area which is the only exit to the building for guest.

Very small and compact inner city hotel. Rooms pretty cramped and really hard to get in and out of the bath to have a shower. Lighting was poor over the mirrors, but the AC worked well! Overall a little tired and dated, but ok.

The shower leaked in yo out room, getting our backpacks all wet. Mold covered up by paint was very obvious cause you could see it coming through. Room 752. Told staff , we got a very nonchalant, sorry. No compensation offered . They said they would do a maintenance report. No help to me with my wet back pack and wet laptop. Horrible experience.
