Had a great stay in the heart of Birmingham. Key collection was easy - from a local shop and car parking was secure on site. The apartment was modern and clean and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of places to visit and restaurants all in walking distance.

Hotel is rundown and falling apart in places. Not very well run, but cheap rates so, as always, you get what you pay for, including the wide range of guests that stay in cheap hotels.

Very good hotel, fantastic room with a jacuzzi bath and plenty of history. Parking not the best when relying on white box parking on the side roads - only bonus is the parking is free between certain hours. Suitable for airport travel.

Very helpful and professional staff who made check-in a very smooth process. The room was clean, spacious and well laid out. The breakfast was nice. Parking though limited was available 2 nights out of my 3 nights stay at the hotel.
