Badrummet saknar avställningsytor, tvättstället lutar framåt så saker ramlar ne i handfatet, toarullen placerad så långt bak att man behöver vara akrobat för att nå denna. Lampan i spegeln funkar inte trots personalens koll. Felplacering av all möblemang i förhållande till ytan

The rooms were small and had no air conditioning. It was hot while we were there and they provided a fan which helped tremendously. The staff was outstanding. The staff was very kind and helpful with logistics. The hotel and room was very clean. The breakfast each morning was superb.

We stayed in the Casandra apartment across the street from the main hotel and absolutely loved it. Being there for a week, we so enjoyed having space to spread out. Everything was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet provides a nice mix of items. The staff at the desk and breakfast are friendly and helpful. The proximity to all Gamla Stan has to offer cannot be beat.
