The stay was amazing and every member of staff was accommodating. What a pleasure it was to stay here. I didn’t like the parking under the building, but the staff were very helpful with this and went above and beyond to help me.

Great check-in and was able to get in the room after a tiring journey before 3pm. Clean room and always comfortable. Area around the hotel is vibrant and extremely noisy at night. Hotel is not soundproof.

The room was red hot, the light took an age to come on in the bathroom, the bed was rock hard and the bathroom was so shabby it felt unclean. On a positive note, breakfast was fine and the hotel is a two minute walk to New Steet station, and very accessable for everything, which was what I needed on this trip.

The room was comfy enough and the staff were all wonderful but the hotel is located in the middle of a restaurant/nightclub block so there’s a constant thump thump of music late into the night. Very handy for New St Station though and no shortage of places to eat.

A 3.00pm check in is a absolute NO... 4 hours i had to walk about Birmingham before i got to my room.. This has put me off ever staying here again... .plus side of the stay the handle on the shower broke i went a seen a cleaner and she had a handyman at my room in 3mins to fix shower
