The car park was not lite at night so I was worriedabout the secuirty of my car. The hotel is adjacent to the A40 so the traffic noise was a concern especially early morning

We loved staying here between our visit to Oxford and Bath. The house was very comfortable and gave us the feel for the Cotswolds even though we only stayed one night. The breakfast was delicious and the hostess was hospitable. The price of our May stay was extremely affordable and we feel we got our money’s worth by far. We just loved this place!!

Very clean room, lovely staff. Excellent breakfast and service. The room was well designed and had everything we needed. Loved the treat bag bed and bowl for our dog. She was a very happy girl. Plus despite a wedding celebration our room was very quiet all night. Highly recommended!

Good clean room with very helpful staff. Was very busy and the outside area overlooking the lake were a little cluttered with leftover glasses etc but overall, a very pleasant stay.

We loved our stay at No. 38 The Park! As exhausted hikers who'd just finished a day on the trail of the Cotswolds Way, we were grateful for the no-hassle early check-in by a very friendly and welcoming staff member (who even carried our bags up to our room for us). The room was gorgeous: beautiful styling, comfortable king bed, park view, enormous bathroom, large bathtub. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, walking distance to the Brewery Quarter and tons of restaurants and shops. Definitely got what we paid for!

The staff were great, the place is getting a bit tired, housekeeping is pretty abysmal, dirty towels were re hung, bins were not emptied, and the beds were not made.. had housekeeping not been so poor I would have given the place a much higher score..
