Our first time in Rouen found it a really nice place can’t say to much as we only had one night but for what we paid I can not fault it . Basic but clean staff very helpful so would go back

We used this hotel as a convenient stop over. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant in the evening for a reasonable price too. The bathrooms are a little tired/dated but spotlessly clean and functional. The staff were very helpful throughout our stay.

The location was great, only 10 minutes to all the points of interest. Ignore reviews about parking saying car park is small, I drive a Tesla Y which is wide and I had no issue. There was a dry stain on the quilt itself where a previous guest maybe spilled their coffee but I'd have thought they might have changed the actual quilt as the quilt cover didn't hide it. The only issue as such was the fan in the bathroom didn't work so the bathroom remained wet all day and towels didn't dry

Our 2 day stay was over all wonderful! The staff especially Paschal was welcoming , friendly answering our questions! I love the decor & cleanliness is top notch. Location is easy to get around- walkable to the heart of the town. The only thing is in the room- there was a not much space / drawer to put your belongings but still over all - I will easily go back & stay here when in Rouen.

Room a good size and clean, well set up at checkin. Car parking is available at the hotel, although it is a restricted space and larger cars are a tight fit. It’s also quite complicated to reach the hotel the first time. Great breakfast with wide choice for the family. Fantastic location with easy access to historic Rouen and shops.

The hotel was fine but not great. The room was quiet. The shower/bath combo was very steep with no handles to grab while getting in and out. The front desk staff, primarily Luanne, was unfriendly and definitely unhelpful. I have never encountered a staff member that rude. Her attitude made us avoid any additional interactions at the hotel, including avoiding the restaurant and other amenities. I could not recommend this hotel at this time.
