The A/C did not work. The staff would not come to the room to look at it. There was record heat that day in Berlin and we could not sleep. We could not find the TV remote and told the staff about it, and again they did not come help. We eventually found it under the bed up against the wall. The shower has a flat floor with no edges to stop water if the drain couldn't handle it, and the drain was partially plugged so the shower overflowed into the bathroom which we has to clean up for ourselves. Since there was a drain issue and no one had responded to any of our concerns we checked out on the 27th. Also, there was a huge concrete support column in the middle of the room which blocked TV views from different areas. I would like a refund of at least $445.66 for this. How do I get that.

We lived staying at SANA Berlin. It’s conveniently located a few blocks away from public transportation (Bus, U-Bahn); breakfast is amazing and plentiful and the facilities are spotless and modern. We travelled with young children. Could not recommend more!

Clean

Our toilet wouldn’t flush. We informed staff, but they did nothing. Then we lost lights in our room. Staff actually said to me “ I don’t know what to do”. Room was nice, but old. Staff was friendly, but ultimately unhelpful. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.
