Transparency. Would be told one thing, then charged for another.

Our stay over July 4th weekend was nice, lovely resort, nice rooms, pretty lobby and grounds. The fireworks show was SPECTACULAR! Very well done! The one area that could use improvement is the pool staff-they were not very attentive at all-most people had to go to the bar to order drinks/food. They do put flags on each set of chairs that you can raise when you need something but those were basically ignored. Everything else was great-also a shuttle service to the shops at La Cantera where there are tons of stores and restaurants!

It’s just a hotel, nothing special enough to go back

Great place to stay---beautiful setting---nice pool. Bed was comfortable---towels smelled fresh. In the room were snacks and bottles of water. Can't get over how nice it was---will stay again!!!!

The property is amazing for families, from popsicles to pop up games of kickball - they do so much more than just offering great pools

Great place and atmosphere

I love the location, the ease of having washer and dryer in the unit rather than just on the property. And how quick the honor was to respond to a couple simple issues and fixes we had while I was there.
