"Great Stay"
Room clean bed comfy. Before arrival requested bath aid. Was in room on arrival, however did not fit. Replaced immediately on request with suitable seat. Hotel was busy as stayed over weekend, however friendly restaurant staff managed to seat us on both Friday and Saturday nights. Food outstanding, moved through to bar to finish evening, comfy though small bar for size of hotel again friendly bar staff. See you again soon

"Lovely hotel!"
We stayed as we had a wedding in the area. Very easy to get to by car and lots of parking. Booked in advance in a courtyard room on the top floor, which is seperate from the main hotel. The room was really big and lovely. Comfy bed and free water and apples. I had a bath and the only gripe was maybe that the hot water wasn't all that hot, but that might have been that it was later in the evening. Very quiet location right by the racecourse. Complimetary tea and coffee at reception in the morning. We didn't have breakfast or any other food (we had a McD's breakfast which is just down the road a bit). I would stay again if I was over in Ayr.

"Nice hotel "
The hotel is nice a bit dated but clean although our bin was emptied on the second day nothing else in the room was done beds weren't made again which would have been nice. The wifi was great especially when you have kids!! The breakfast was ok too, bacon could have been cooked a little longer but that's just to my liking. But other than that it was nice staff were lovely and we would stay again

"A comfortable warm place to stay..."
Having travelled from the south coast England and an overall 7 hour trip and having to walk from the railway station as no taxis. A warm and modern hotel loomed - unfortunately my iPhone led me to the wrong end of the football stadium and in the dark and wet.. Had to walk even further. The receptionist couldn't have been more miserable or unwelcoming if she tried.. The room was fine - clean and dry and soon very warm. Bar staff and food was unfaultable - a turkey roast with all the trimmings.. The room above - you could hear every footstep - and boy did the person above walk around a lot! Floors aren't concrete - so expect to hear every foot step across your head. B'fast was great - service perfect and so was check out - it would have been perfect if miss misery wasn't on check in!

"Perfect location "
From the moment I arrived, the staff looked after everything. They went above and beyond the call of duty even using their own cars to drop me off at the hotel I was attending a wedding. I thoroughly recommend this great place

"Excellent location near ferry port"
Although not cheap, the hotel is probably by far the best place to stay in Brodick with the building , decor and staff hard to fault ( except for the number of pillows on the beds!). However we did find that Brodick itself did lack any real centre or character - the front is just a series of supermarkets, hire shops and guest houses. The real reason to come to Arran lies beyond the resort with incredible hills (though getting onto them is not helped by widespread bracken on some of the approaches). The castle is also well worth a visit.

"Nice wee hotel in a great location"
Off to great start as easy to find and loads of private parking. Reception staff friendly and had us in our room within 5 mins. Room 2 had its own private access so ideal as we came in late that night. Room was quirky and cosy, not a huge space but that was fine with my wife and I. Room was individually decorated and furnished and was a nice changet from the big hotel chains. We headed out later and the location of the hotel couldn't be better for central Ayr. Breakfast was continental style and again that was ok with us as we weren't bothered about a full cooked breakfast. Hotel staff in the morning were friendly aswell and happy to bring our breakfast to our room and not rushed to check out. Only negative I can really find is that the TV couldn't get a signal for STV, hardly a big deal. Overall I'd definetly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ayr

Ayrshire is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Ayrshire, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Ayrshire hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
