Awashimaura-mura Vacation Packages

Overall, the hotel is a excellent place to stay in Niigata. Good location and friendly staffs are worthy additions to the vapid the hotel.

Very helpful and friendly staff, i did get a bit confused with the key card booklet telling me to give in the key card when I leave the hotel, which turns out, is actually not necessary. Also a good selection of restaurants both in and around the hotel, very good for foodies wanting somewhere central in Niigata that's not too far from the station. (Maps says 20 min walk, I did it in about 12)

Clean room good staff and a couple of nice restaurants.

Great location in Niigata’s geisha district - who knew? Accommodation spectacular. Bathroom could use improved lighting. Other than that, beautiful accommodation with amazing staff.

Hotel common areas well maintained and modern looking. Rooms are well worn and need to be rennovated. Bathroom is clean, but old. Room furniture scuffed and old wallpaper. Priced as 4 star, but more like 3.
