Atotonilco el Alto Vacation Packages

Staff terrible, service awful

Floor was dirty, the 2 table chairs were broken, the couch was dirty and smelled, only 1 small fan and it was broken,, extremely hot,, 5 days and no cleaning, asked for clean towels and was told to contact someone else, got a nasty email about trash that I was to take out , no toilet paper, had to buy some, only good thing was the location, would not stay again, can NOT recommend, should get a refund

Muy bueno

Very modern spacious, clean & quiet room. Quality amenities provided. Staff very helpful and excellent location in historic zone.

Clean and comfortable. The host had addressed the small issue promptly. I suggest to provide more utensils and blackout blinds in the living room area to help keep the heat out. This is a place I would recommend and definitely come back to. Steven M Boca Raton, Florida USA
