Rooms were cleaned every day. Exceptional room for the price. The woman running the residence was constantly around for help with taxis and keeping up with room service. Everything on the property was super clean and it was a 5 minute drive from tres Trapi, palm beach, and only 15 to eagle. Would definitely stay here again.

I was disappointed, the hotel is old, dirty and needs serious updating. I left the day I checked in and stayed elsewhere down the street. Barceló upper management should invest some serious money in updating and improving this hotel because the location is good and the staff could do better with better resources.

The cleaning service was not good in my room every time I ask for something they said they were gonna bring it to me and never did

The location was perfect, right in the strip, quick walk to everything including the beach. The entrance was a bit confusing at first (entrance at the back of the building).
