Rooms were cleaned every day. Exceptional room for the price. The woman running the residence was constantly around for help with taxis and keeping up with room service. Everything on the property was super clean and it was a 5 minute drive from tres Trapi, palm beach, and only 15 to eagle. Would definitely stay here again.

Extremely disappointed with my stay at Riu Antillas. Was my first time in Aruba and booked here for the stunning beach and payed a lot extra for Elite club room - mainly because the Riu website says Elite members get "reserved beach access". Upon arrival was told there is no reserved beach section for Elite members. Asked for partial refund and they said to contact Expedia. Contacted Expedia and they just said that bec they dont state it on their website and only on Riu website, there was nothing they can do. Then spoke with management at Riu and they said they cant do anything either bec I booked thru Expedia. I mentioned they should take off the false advertisement. It ruined my whole trip. Bec I was then waking up at 5:20am to reserve decent shaded spot on the beach. So BEWARE!! Elite members DO NOT have a reserved beach section and have to get up 530 like everyone else to save a spot. Riu staff came to me the day before I left (Carlos) and stated there is Elite beach access at sister hotel next door (Riu Palace), however it is all the way in the back near the pool and not exactly on the beach. Also I shouldn't need to go to another hotel to access it. In either case, Extremely disappointed with how it was handled and that nothing was offered to compensate for the thousands of dollars lost booking Elite. Rooms were dirty, hallways stunk. Pros - most staff were very friendly and welcoming and the ocean there is beautiful and incredible. Will not return and dont recommend.

This was our 3rd time in 3 years staying at this report. We’ve enjoyed it every time. Everyone is so nice. The swim up bar is great and bartenders are super friendly and responsive. Special shout out to Susie who bartends at Mulligans and to Enrico who mans the pool bar.
