AC didn't work, the room was hotter than the hallway. Once informed, they installed a floor vent that only moved hot air...

Good location. Bed was very comfortable. Special room a view of cathedral was 90% blocked by trees. Sink drain was plugged w hair.

Overall a good location, friendly staff. I did find the bed and pillow a little too firm for my liking and the comforter far too heavy. We simply removed it and only used the cover.

The hotel is close to the cruise terminal. Good place to stay before a cruise departs

Amazing stay, staff very helpful, Food is delicious, rooms were lovely and comfortable, although we weren’t going on a cruise on this occasion, but this hotel will definitely a contender when we do, location is fantastic.

The hotels facilities were disappointing. We were staying in the grange but it was unbelievably hot. No windows in our room. The staff did try everything to help,us so it’s no reflection on them as they were fully booked but unfortunately we had to check out straight away and so elsewhere as we couldn’t sleep in the rooms

No toast or fried eggs at breakfast.

Great hotel in a great location. Used before a cruise.
