There was a mix up with the booking so my ages and disabled father was unable to stay in an accessible room. The guy on reception was very helpful and we managed to stay in an alternative room that was adequate.
Unfortunately, my room was directly above the gym, which opens at 6am and loud music woke me up. Generally, the hotel seems more geared up to gym and swimming pool users than guests.
Overall, it was clean, convenient and has good EV charging. Breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful.

Great service and super breakfast. Room small and hot and a bit run down. Relatively expensive but it was festival weekend.

Great hotel and location - the staff were amazing (Lucas at the bar in the evening ) breakfast team - BUT as we said whilst there - we had a premium room on the front room 12 (amazing location) yet we had a light missing (left side of bed as you look at the bed) and a led light in the bathroom above the mirror - we had an amazing time and as business owner I know home challenging things can be and i want you to succeed so we can visit again
Please do one thing - train your staff (I know that is also a challenge) to do the basics better and we will be back
