We had a wonderful stay at the Prince Albert hotel! The staff were exceptional from start to finish. Everyone at the front desk was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The security staff were also wonderful and made us feel safe and comfortable during our stay. A special thank you to Randy, who worked in the hotel restaurant where we had breakfast. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and provided fantastic service. He really helped make our morning enjoyable! It’s clear that this hotel has an amazing team of people who genuinely care about their guests. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Clean room, thin walls

The check in with my dog was wonderful. The front desk attendant was really friendly and helpful. I had to call a couple times to ask questions and they were super helpful. The room was great, very clean and newly updated since I’ve stayed there before. Breakfast was good and the coffee was really good! A great stay overall!

Nice dog friendly hotel. Rooms are clean beds are comfy. Would stay here again.
