Very well maintained property. Friendly and helpful staff. They set up ride services with Mr. Orlando who was fantastic and very punctual!! Thank you.

great new hotel. staff great. gym under renovation, but restaurant was great and had big menu with 9 choices. friendly staff. nice rooms. I'd stay there again for sure.

The hotel entrance feels open, but there is 24/7 security and you need a keycard to access the elevator which only goes to your floor, lobby, and restaurants/common areas. The room was laid out a bit oddly, with the shower entrance next to the bed, but everything you would need was provided. Lots of counter and sink space. Hangers provided on a rod above the fridge. The bed was large and very comfortable. Lots of outlets for charging, both regular and USB-A. The AC worked quickly and quietly, the low-lighting was excellent, and the tv worked great. The hotel is perfectly located in Poblado, safe-feeling and walkable to bars, restaurants, shops, Parque lleras, Provenza (all 5 minutes or less), and Parque Poblado (10-12 minutes) where almost all my tours had pickup. It’s easy to get an uber to/from this area. The rooftop restaurant was okay but overpriced, with an excellent view of the valley. Friendly helpful English-speaking staff, and housekeeping did a great job. Would highly recommend this hotel.
