Staff was great

The room and accommodations were great. The desk staff were especially helpful. Daniel, provided a touring map with recommendations and was very helpful during our stay.

Chose Grand Fiesta Americana as our main hotel for our wedding. Everything was excellent. Service was fantastic from the moment we walked in. The rooms were spectacular. The food and drinks also so amazing. Will be staying here for all future Oaxaca trips!

Excellent location, very clean and well-maintained. Beautiful interior courtyard and pool. Only slight downfall was a very loud bar one street over until early morning.

Clean rooms, helpful staff, front desk spoke English, and restaurant staff were more than happy to find someone who did if we were having issues communicating. Food was good, pool was clean, very quiet hotel, which is exactly what we were looking for. The pool became more lively in the evenings with kids, but they were respectful and it was always quiet by night time.

Great location. Can walk to all the major attractions in centro Hotel is very beautiful and charming. Highly recommend it

Great stay at Casa Olié. Check in was a breeze, staff was discrete and helpful. My room was spatious with a balcony and the bathroom was huge. Location couldn't be better if you plan to walk around town and get to know the beautiful city centre, although it gets a bit noisy at night due to active night life (fireworks, nightclubs, carn horns, etc.).
