The house is spacious and beautiful. The pool was refreshing. We were grateful for the free WiFi and free parking. We truly enjoyed our stay. Some suggestions: Better communication to the security guards about guests coming would help. Many of the guards were not even aware of this property, and none of them spoke English. We had trouble getting through the two gates on more than one occasion. It would help to add the following for guest use: vegetable peeler, can opener, electric dishwasher soap, paper towels, cleaning products, replacement trash liners, mixing bowls, and dish cloths. Booking is very difficult if your arrival is after hours. We had to wire money for payment. More payment options should be considered, including allowing Expedia to be a payment broker, instead of only “pay at property.” The property manager should be more accessible prior to arrival. It took awhile for us to connect with the property manager, but once we could text with them, it worked out fine. There were no checkout instructions. The pool pump required repair while we were there, so we only accessed the pool at the start of our trip.

It was great value. Clean and convenient. Food was delicious . People were friendly. A/C didn’t work well in one bedroom and we couldn’t get TV’s to connect to any streaming service and could not cast.

My wife and I stayed at the Milam for our honeymoon. The resort is a sight to see, upon arrival we checked in and was greeted by the hostess. The hostess escorted us to our villa in which we were greeted by a gentleman with drinks. Once inside the villa there were rose petals and candles lit per our request and a bucket of ice and champagne. There is an indoor pool, and a king size bed. There is a beautiful outdoor shower and an area for luggage and shoes. This area also includes a safe. The pool was a nice size and was very clean, over time of using it, there was a fine skim over the top, this was after day five however, which I assume was from our body oils, lotions. The main pool area was always clean and had clean pool towels, the pool itself had a self cleaner that did not seem to be doing much by itself. I would recommend having an actual pool person assist with the things the self cleaner misses. The staff was nice and friendly, the resort is pretty quiet and peaceful, there is a bar by the outdoor pool that has an option for swimming or walking to access it. The bar area was the only area on the resort with a tv.

This hotel is gorgeous! The beach & view were stunning & lots going on in the area. Our room couldn’t have been better. I have stayed all over the world & have never had a friendlier or more accommodating staff. They went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met. They even helped us with transportation & outside excursions. Luis at the front desk was especially helpful & always had a smile! The food was great too.. breakfast, dinner, margaritas… everything! I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was here. I just wish we could have stayed longer.

Staff was friendly, facilities definitely need updating, it would have been great if our room was cleaned everyday but it’s seemed like housekeeping staff did not have the time everyday, 3 days out of our stay housekeeping missed our room.

Hotel Mousai is a wonderful property. The staff took care of us from the moment we checked in to check out. Our room was absolutely stunning. We spent alot of time at the rooftop infinity pool. The view is fantastic. The main restaurant on the property Noi was very enjoyable. My only complaint was the time share sales pitch after check in but after that is over the experience at hotel Mousai is amazing.
