I reserved my room for the 4th of July through the 6th. We were coming down with my children to celebrate our country’s Independence Day. The email said the check-in time was from 3 to anytime. We got to the hotel at 11:30 and they had canceled my reservation and given my room away. Once I showed them my confirmation and the email I received they found an empty room and I was able to stay there. The hotel room was clean but the bathroom was small with an outdated tub that was just big enough to fit my three year old kid. There was only two towels and two wash rags available. I didn’t bother calling down for more because we were too tired. When we checked out the next morning they didn’t even have us register to the room. When I went to throw a piece of paper away their trash cans were overflowing. It was not the best hotel and I definitely will not choose that place again.
