Great views and staff! Felt a little like home.

Apart-hotel walking distance from many excellent restaurants. Excellent helpful staff

The location is excellent - right near Kloof st. The hotel felt very safe. My room was quite large and had nice amenities. However, the property felt more like an upscale hostel than a boutique hotel. There was constantly noise coming from downstairs (music, party sounds, etc). If that wasn't enough, the fumes of fried food from the restaurant below permeated my room. Between the oily smell and the noise, I did not sleep particularly well.

The location, apartment and facilities were excellent and the hospitality was on the same standard. Situated close to the V&A waterfront and Bo Kaap, there was little need for taxis or public transport, and there are plenty of coffee shops, supermarkets and excellent restaurants within 2 or 3 minutes walk. If we're in Cape Town again, we will seek out the loft.

Yes

Gorgeous building and property with spacious suites and luxurious touches everywhere.

I felt like I came home. The staff was like family. They were always smiling, appropriate at all times. The apt was always spotless. I plan to come back last year and stay longer. I was here in 2025 the same month and knew I was in good hands to return
