The room was smaller than expected, with limited space for our luggage while getting ready for Halloween weekend. However, it was cute and cozy, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. Unfortunately, several issues affected our stay. There appeared to be a water leak near the right-side closet, causing some of my belongings to get wet. The bedsheets had terrible stains, making me wonder why they hadn't been thrown away and replaced. The TV wasn't working, and the deadbolt wouldn't engage, although the main lock worked. My biggest complaint was the AC. It made all kinds of disruptive noises throughout the night, preventing me from sleeping peacefully. I ended up paying an additional $80 to extend checkout until 3 PM just to get some rest, which was frustrating and unexpected. There's no traditional front desk, only a virtual webcam kiosk. I would have preferred speaking with someone in person about these problems. Parking is also inconvenient, requiring a nearby structure and carrying luggage back and forth, with very limited temporary parking outside. We received only two bath towels and one hand towel. On a positive note, I liked the selection of toiletries, including lavender-scented options. The shampoo smelled unpleasant, but the conditioner worked great on my curly hair. Overall, the comfortable bed and cozy atmosphere were appreciated, but the cleanliness, maintenance, security concerns, and noisy AC made our stay disappointing.

La habitación en buenas condiciones y el personal muy amable . El lugar es muy céntrico y seguro en Beverly hills

staff were great, rooms were ok, pictures are a lot better than it actually is. hollywood sign view is a very distant view blocked by trees. very underwhelming, but price is decent. connected to clark street diner which is good, great food and service there. would not recommend hollywood sign view, any other room would be fine though.

This was my third time staying at this property and it's my favorite! Everyone is so kind and the room I stayed in was so spacious. I had such a great time!
