Clean room with a nice view of the river.

Room wasn’t clean. Bathroom smelled like urine even after it was cleaned with bleach. Repairs had been attempted in the room and the finished product was very below standard. Hotel lobby did not have air conditioning and all entrances and exits remained unlocked all night. Door knob was loose.

When we arrived late afternoon there was a note attached to the front door directing us to our room and that they were busy with another client, but did supply a number to call. Our room door was wide open with the keys laying on a table. We did try to call to ask about the wifi and breakfast. We received a text, 3 hours later, with the wifi info and that we were not getting breakfast or coffee as it was not included. I understand about breakfast, but no coffee? There was no TV's anywhere and I do not remember seeing that on the site, but I may have overlooked. The house itself was nice, historical, but we were not overwhelmed by it, nor the lack of attention to customers by the owners. Very overpriced for what you get.

When I arrived they seemed surprised. Went through many screens on the display. Man had to check on the room. Went down the hall to the room. Came back, handed me towels for the room. After settling in the room for a rest, we ate some snacks. No trash can anywhere. I visited the desk. They sent out a trash can and put it beside the wrong door. I got it from down the hall. Later after a minor league ballgame we returned and wanted to shower. No shower curtain in this room. It seems they weren’t completely ready for us. They seem to be under renovation. You can’t make these kind of small mistakes and keep clients coming back.

They are doing remodeling so breakfast isn't included. Coffee is 24 hours daily. Always like staying here because it's always quiet.

The room was not clean to our expectations. The lobby was dirty. Only one elevator was working. I would not stay there again

Front desk staff were very nice
