Loved everything about the hotel. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. I had limited interactions with staff but they were helpful and polite.
The one thing which spoilt the experience was a "service charge" they alert you to when checking in but with no way to really opt out at that time. You have to actually request that this be removed from your account on check out before you're billed for it.

Could have been worse. Location is prime.
Pillows were hard.
Dental kit amenity really should a small tube of toothpaste.
Staff should make sure safe works before new guests arrive.
