Location was fantastic. Walking distance to Earls Ct station. Amenities in room were very nice too. Stove,oven,frig freezer,dishwasher and clothes washer and dryer. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the room. Linens were stained, as was the sofa arms. Vents and switches were dirty too. The wallpaper and floors looked worn and in need of refinishing. Prevoius holes from old window treatments need filling. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Especially Michael the door man. He was very good! Regarless of my complaints, due to the location and price, I WOULD stay here again, bringing my own linens and Clorox wipes for cleaning. This place could be top notch with some refreshing and updating.

Great room, amazing AC, best hotel breakfast I’ve had in a long time, big buffet, right next to Victoria station so public transit everywhere was so easy.

Amazing stay at a wonderful hotel. Warmly decorated, well-appointed with many thoughtful touches (complimentary mini bar snacks, Dyson hair dryer, multi port in wall sockets, excellent turn down service, water all the time, etc.). All staff members were very friendly and I found room service to be really really quick (and the food was great). Great location for tourists with many tube options and restaurants nearby.

This property is spectacular!! A few steps to The Horse Guards , yet quietly tucked away from any noise. We stayed at many properties throughout London, and this is by far the most affordable historical elegance you will find. When we are staying with friends in London, we always stop in for coffee in the morning or a nightcap in the evening. This past weekend when we stayed, we were so impressed with everything about this hotel..
