The food just left nothing that we would really want. They advertise a hot tub actually it was just a bathtub not actual hot tub. The bed was so uncomfortable that we didn’t even spend the night. We ended up going home and it was our anniversary so we lost out all the money that we paid and didn’t even stay the couch was so uncomfortable. We couldn’t even enjoy sitting on it watching a movie.

Beautiful hotel. Loved the location

The room was roomy and relaxing. Great night sleep. The property and hotel are always very clean. The free breakfast was wonderful. The shower was new looking and nice.

The rooms are clean, and nice. The beds are comfy. Feeling like your trapped on the property due to parking prices, not so great. You are nickle and dimed for everything here. NOTHING is affordable, and the parents of the hoards of kids pay zero attention to their kids. Ran into and run over by quite a few kids while mommy was sitting back on her phone sipping a daquiri..

Room cleanliness, Breakfast, amazing staff and service

Property in need up updates and maintenance. Bed wasn't level. Elevator was sketchy. Exterior landscape overdue for maintenance. Breakfast was prefunctory. But what prompted my review, I witnessed the desk staff being unhelpful and argumentative with multiple guests. One guy had key that wasn't working and they were reluctant to exchange it. Another asked for extra towels, and she literally made him go back to the room and bring his dirty towels to the front desk to get towels. I guess i should budget more for overnight stays if I expect extra towels and generous basic hotel amenities.
