everything about this place was wonderful! highly recommended

The room was good and breakfast was ok. Then lady that checked me took over thirty minutes to check me in and was confused because it was booked online and showed a virtual card. Was telling me i had to put a card on file for the room due to this. It was really frustrating since the room was already paid for through the company i work for

Nice resort with spa, tennis and golfing

First of all, we did receive the correct room . Handicaped first floor. Once we received our keys we headed to the room. Buckets, mops was all over the hall smelling like bleach and chemical products. When entering into the room it got stronger. Our TV wasn’t functioning we tried calling the front desk 5 times finally had to go ourselves to get the front desk person to come down and try and get it turned on. After 15 minutes of fiddling with the unit came on, but no luck finding any local channels. Breakfast the worse I have ever had in 15 years, no eggs, cold uncooked potatoes coffee was out and no representation for the area. I believe the lady was mopping the floors while we ate not only the front area but where we were eating. Finally just got up and left. Again the worst ever.
