Fantastic staff, very clean and spacious rooms, shower is nice, offered toiletries are very good, mini bar and menu had great options. Parking is a 5 minute walk away, or offers valet. Will definitely be back!

.

A great place to stay with or without kids. Staff are friendly, areas always clean, location central.

We stayed in the old block of the hotel. Unfortunately our air conn wasn’t working probably so sleep was terrible on the first night. Maintenance looked into it in the morning and they couldn’t resolve. We were moved into another room, in the pinnacle towers it was a lot better room was cleaner and a lot quieter, didn’t hear any kids on the 2nd night. Would stay again but on the newer side. Staff were very good.

The staff were excellent Our luggage was taken to our room for us Excellent eating places inside Skycity as well as outside, walking distance to most things Would definitely stay again AA++

Location was great. The walls seemed a little thin and noisy from adjourning rooms.
