NO ELEVATOR. TRY CLIMBING IP THE STAIRS WITH LUGGAGE shuttle from the airport is advertised but is either to or from. Not both. There is no shuttle as such a hotel staff drops one off at the airport in her personal car so again if there is lot of luggage one has a problem. For one night after dropping off the car and with an early morning flight it was good enough. I had no greater needs so it sufficed. But as a place to stay in Reykjavik it is not great. One point check in luggage and security at kef airport is horrible. So you need at least three hours to be safe even for EU Flights

This hotel has no lift. Forth floor budget room is tiny. Booking for a return night was messed up by manager. Thankfully the person at reception worked really hard and found us a suitable room.
