Grindavik Guesthouse
We were notified by the Grindavik Guesthouse 1 day prior to our arrival that the town of Grindavik was closed due to volcanic activity. Even though the town was closed, the Grindavik Guesthouse refused to refund payment.

Breakfast was great - lots of choices and staff was very pleasant. The bathroom having clouded glass walls was a bit problematic when one of wanted to shower early in the AM - it made the main room too bright while someone was trying to sleep.
