Condos are dated but clean and comfortable. Coffee in lobby is delicious. The only negative is the parking stalls are way too compact and small. Otherwise I love staying and will return in the future.

Great location on the beach

Rooms are spacious, the cleaning staff is not great though. Our room was cleaned late and very subpar.

This property uses "contactless" hosting, which means there's no staff on site. In my case, the A/C unit in my room was inoperable and so I requested maintenance through the text message connection to somebody, somewhere. I received text message cheery responses and assurances for 2.5 days, but nothing ever happened. No repair happened. No one seemed to show up. I did overhear other guests complaining about a similar situation. So, if you're not too fussy, if you're just looking for a flop on Imperial Beach, this is a not a bad deal. It's like renting a sleep pod at an airport. Hope everything goes smoothly!
