excellent stay wonderful staff.

Kind and helpful staff. Lovely a/c in our unit. Clean bedding. Close walk to Gare de Norde station. No secure luggage storage, though staff offered to hold for us when we arrived an hour prior to check in. Neighborhood felt more unsafe than safe, as we were traveling with children. Note no elevator. Towels were hard and evident black mold in shower stall.

On the plus side, the folding bed is much better than a sofa bed. On the negatives. The apartment rooms may be smaller than advertised. We were provided dusty fans.

Great reasonably priced hotel to stay close to Eiffel Tower and dining. Very clean, room I had was recently updated with new bath area. Breakfast is excellent with many choices, special order coffees, and very helpful attendant. This is the 2nd time I've stayed here and would stay again in a minute.

Overall the staff at reception was incredibly. The bathroom may need some love, perhaps an electric vent to help with dampness that’s causing mold on shower walls between tiles.

Clean room. The decor was cute. Loved how the windows opened fully. The staff at this hotel were all amazing. Very helpful with everything.

My room was v small otherwise it was decent stay!! Staff was excellent and very professional! Its location is prime!!
