Beautiful hotel, great breakfast and wonderful personal

Helpful staff and excellent location…

The hotel location is great. Excellent breakfast and fabulous staff! It will be great if they had an open lounge with entertainment or real restaurant with more life in general.

The property is nice location and big, traveling from USA, standard are not met. Staff were nice, the rules are strict. Amenities such as swimming pool, which was very nice, but we had to pay daily or we should have booked the deluxe room otherwise we couldn’t use it. The cleanness of rooms and whole hotel were ok. I would rate that 3 out of 5 .

Although location is fantastic and staff was great, breakfast was ok and room clean but a bit dated. Washroom tub was very slippery and should be replaced with shower and room smelled musty, otherwise everything else was good

Adorable spot!

The hotel was well located with easy transport and walking links to the city as well as food and shops. The rooms were a bit rundown with stained carpet and damaged doors and could do with a refresh. There were also no drawers in the room to put clothes sadly. Finally one of the two lifts was broken which caused longer than expected wait times. The staff were helpful and friendly however the room sadly fell below our expectations. This was acceptable for our trip though as we were only in the room overnight.

I stayed one night at hotel rum, everything was clean and appeared to be well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable! Communication with the hotel prior to check-in was quick and efficient.
