Looks as though ownership is trying to improve the property, but is doing it in a haphazard method. Everything is partially painted, partially reglazed, partially cleaned. We stayed here because it was pet friendly, but would rather have stayed at the Super 8.

Our room was pretty small. Staff was a little overwhelmed with everyone checking in at once. The way the front desk was placed meant people didn’t know where to line up to wait. Pool and workout room were very well cared for and the free drinks and breakfast was a nice amenity.

Holiday Inn Express St. Louis West - O'Fallon by IHG
We asked for handicap accessible, but this hotel does not understand the requirements for handicap access means a wheelchair should be able to access the shower and slide under the sink. Plus handicap should be on the first floor for emergencies.

I am booking this hotel just for work. I work 12 hourshifts and I come there just to sleep. I have spent three nights in this hotel total and I have been woken up every night by loud music and people slamming doors. It starts about 3 AM and goes until the time I leave for work at 6:30.
