Toward Vacation Packages

Extremely rude staff that completely ignored both of us on arrival had to figure out how to check in ourselves using the touchscreen at eception. When asking one of the receptionists for help she completely ignored us again and left the reception area. Our room had a cctv camera pointing directly into the room so we had to leave our curtains closed the whole stay

It is so homely and the starter pack makes it even better. You feel comfort as soon as you enter the studio. The shops are a few minutes walk. The staff were super friendly. I will definately be booking with them again

Location was great, bed was comfortable. Wifi was in and out.

Previously stayed here when it was the Mercure. Rooms have been refreshed, as well as reception, bar and breakfast areas. Very conveniently situated, good breakfast. Room a bit hot, and couldn’t see any way to cool it, or open a window. Otherwise, a comfortable stay.

Excellent hotel in the centre of Glasgow, convenient to rail stations, theatre, galleries etc. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The building has been beautifully restored and my room was very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. There is a very comfortable lounge bar and excellent restaurant. Breakfast was delicious.

Location and hotel itself are ideal for a trip to Glasgow. We were allowed to check in early at no additional charge but room itself had virtually no natural light l, had window that couldn’t be opened and looked out onto a wall. Room facilities good though with bottles of water provided. We would definitely ask for a higher room overlooking the Clyde next time around but apart from that couldn’t fault,
